Warm, intuitive, practical, and spiritually open support for adults who are ready for deeper healing and intentional growth.

My approach
I work with adults across the lifespan, with a special focus on women 35+ navigating burnout, chronic illness, caregiver fatigue, identity shifts, spiritual awakening, and life transitions.
Many people come to me saying, “I’m exhausted,” or “I don’t know who I am anymore.” They have often spent years caring for everyone else and are ready to reconnect with themselves.
My work blends clinical skill with compassion, body awareness, meaning-making, and respect for the deeper spiritual dimensions of growth. I am down-to-earth, but I also believe healing can include purpose, inner wisdom, connection, gratitude, and a sense of something larger than ourselves.
Outside of my professional work, I love gardening—especially tending native Ohio plants. Gardening keeps me grounded in the reality that growth happens in seasons. There are times of rooting, tending, blooming, resting, and beginning again. In many ways, that mirrors the work I do with clients: honoring the season you are in, creating conditions for healing, and trusting that better days can still be ahead.

A little more about me
Rooted in Ohio
I find restoration in creating garden spaces that feel alive, welcoming, and connected to the rhythms of the natural world. I am especially drawn to native Ohio plants, seasonal color, and the quiet lessons the garden offers about patience, resilience, and change.
This part of my life naturally shapes the feel of Realize Your Path. I want my practice to offer the same sense of grounding, gentleness, and possibility: a place where you can pause, breathe, and trust that healing does not have to be forced. Like a garden path, growth often unfolds one step, one season, and one intentional act of care at a time.

My garden is one of the places that reminds me healing, identity, and growth all unfold in seasons.

My hope for clients
I want you to feel calmer, more present in body and mind, clearer on purpose, more intentional in thought and action, empowered, psychologically flexible, and able to find meaning, gratitude, and possibility even in difficult seasons.
