Support that helps you trust yourself—and act on what you know.
Airielle Banaszak, MSW, LISW-S, LCSW, ACHT, offers warm, intuitive, practical, and spiritually open care for adults ready to heal deeply and live more deliberately.

My approach
I work with adults across the lifespan, with a special focus on women 35+ navigating burnout, chronic illness, caregiver fatigue, identity shifts, spiritual awakening, and life transitions.
Many people come to me saying, “I’m exhausted,” or “I don’t know who I am anymore.” They have often spent years caring for everyone else and are ready to reconnect with themselves.
I became a therapist because I have always been drawn to the deeper questions: Why do we become who we become? What helps people heal? What happens when someone finally feels safe enough to tell the truth about their life?
My work is practical, but it is also depth-oriented. I value tools and coping skills, but I also believe we often need to understand the roots of our patterns, the roles we learned to carry, and the parts of ourselves we had to disconnect from in order to get through life.
What healing means to me
I do not believe healing is about becoming more acceptable to everyone else.
Much of my work is about helping clients notice where they learned to shrink, over-function, disconnect from their bodies, silence their needs, or abandon their inner knowing in order to survive, belong, or be loved.
My approach is practical, but it also honors depth. We may work with thoughts, patterns, the nervous system, the body, imagery, spirituality, grief, identity, and the deeper questions that often surface when life can no longer continue the way it has.
The goal is not to become someone else. The goal is to come home to yourself.

A little more about me
Rooted in Ohio
Outside of my work, I love gardening with native Ohio plants. Gardening has become one of the ways I understand healing: growth happens in seasons. Some seasons are for blooming. Some are for rooting, pruning, resting, or beginning again.

My garden is one of the places that reminds me healing, identity, and growth all unfold in seasons.

What I want you to reclaim
Your calm. Your presence. Your purpose. Your ability to choose intentional action, stay flexible in hard seasons, and recognize that meaning, gratitude, and possibility still belong to you.
