A small-group wellness experience using hypnotherapy, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and cycle education to support women navigating hot flashes, insomnia, and the emotional changes of perimenopause.
Support for a changing season
Perimenopause can be a confusing and tender season. Hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, mood changes, cycle shifts, brain fog, and changes in energy can leave many women feeling disconnected from their bodies and unsure of what is happening.
In Season is a 4-week mind-body coping group for women navigating perimenopause and the emotional, physical, and identity changes that can come with it.
Together, we will explore practical education, breathing techniques, nervous system regulation, cycle awareness, and guided hypnotherapy practices designed to support relaxation, cooling imagery, sleep, and a more compassionate relationship with your changing body.
This group may be a good fit if you are experiencing:
- Hot flashes or night sweats
- Insomnia or frequent night waking
- Mood changes or emotional sensitivity
- Cycle changes or hormonal uncertainty
- Stress, overwhelm, or feeling unlike yourself
- A desire to better understand and support your body during this transition
What We’ll Cover
Each week includes education, guided practice, group reflection, and simple tools to use between sessions.
Week 1: Understanding the Season You’re In
Learn about perimenopause, common symptoms, cycle changes, and how to begin tracking your body’s patterns with compassion instead of fear.
Week 2: Hot Flashes, Stress, and the Nervous System
Explore the connection between stress, heat, and the nervous system while practicing cooling breathwork and guided hypnotherapy for hot flash coping.
Week 3: Insomnia, Night Waking, and Rest
Learn breathing techniques, bedtime practices, and guided relaxation tools to support rest, sleep, and middle-of-the-night resetting.
Week 4: Coming Home to Your Changing Body
Reflect on identity, body trust, boundaries, and what it means to support yourself through this changing season with more compassion and self-awareness.
