Signature coaching package
Come Home to Yourself
A 12-week transpersonal coaching journey for women who have spent years caring for everyone else and are ready to reconnect with identity, purpose, body, spirit, and self.
For the woman who is ready to stop abandoning herself.
You may look capable on the outside, but inside you feel tired, disconnected, or unsure of what you actually want anymore. Maybe you have spent years caregiving, over-functioning, surviving chronic illness, navigating spiritual awakening, or carrying the emotional weight for everyone around you.
Come Home to Yourself is a guided coaching package for women 35+ who are ready for something deeper than surface-level goal setting. This work supports you in slowing down, listening inward, understanding old patterns, and beginning your next chapter with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.

Why we meet every other week
Growth needs space. In this coaching journey, we meet every other week so you have time to practice, reflect, learn, and integrate what we explore together.
Between sessions, you may work with journaling prompts, breathwork, grounding practices, guided imagery, self-observation, or intentional action steps. This pacing creates more dialogue around how the work is actually feeling in your life and allows us to adjust the process to your needs, insights, and unfolding path.
The space between sessions is part of the work—not time away from it.
