In-person + virtual therapy in Ohio • Virtual therapy in Texas

Depth-oriented psychotherapy for burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, identity, and purpose.

Therapy at Realize Your Path is for adults who want practical support and deeper healing—especially women 35+ who feel exhausted from caring for others and are ready to reconnect with themselves.

When coping skills are not enough

CBT can be helpful, and practical tools matter. But many clients arrive after trying surface-level strategies and still feeling stuck in patterns that feel older, deeper, or more embodied than logic alone can change.

Airielle uses an eclectic, integrative approach drawing from CBT, ACT, logotherapy, EMDR, guided imagery, subconscious pattern exploration, inner child work, breathwork, somatic exercises, and nervous system regulation.

The work is compassionate and practical, but also depth-oriented. Together, you can explore how past experiences shaped old conclusions and protective behaviors, then practice new conclusions and new behaviors that fit the life you are creating now.

Common therapy themes

  • Caregiver burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Chronic illness adjustment and meaning-making
  • Identity shifts, midlife, and spiritual awakening
  • Anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions
  • Feeling lost after years of caring for others
  • Inner child needs and old protective patterns
  • Nervous system relaxation and body-based grounding

EMDR

EMDR may be used when clinically appropriate to support processing of distressing experiences, trauma-related symptoms, and stuck emotional patterns.

Meaning & flexibility

ACT and logotherapy support values, meaning, psychological flexibility, and intentional action even when life feels difficult or uncertain.

Body & subconscious

Breathwork, somatic exercises, guided imagery, and deeper reflection help connect mind and body while bringing old patterns into awareness.

A good fit

This work is a good fit if you are ready to participate in your own healing. Sessions may include reflection, practice, homework, journaling, relaxation tools, somatic exercises, and intentional work between sessions.

Not the best fit

This practice is not focused on addiction treatment, court-mandated treatment, child therapy, or heavy crisis intervention. If you need immediate crisis support, contact emergency services in your area.
